Where do you deliver?
We deliver across Lebanon for a flat fee of $4.

When will I receive my order?
Orders arrive within 1–5 business days from the day your order is placed, depending on your area.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash on delivery and Whish Money.

Can I order a custom design?
Yes! Choose a design from our catalogue or contact us on Instagram to discuss a custom order.

Can I change my order?
You can request changes before your order has been shipped. Contact us on Instagram as soon as possible.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Our tumblers are made on demand, so we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we offer a replacement. Please contact us on Instagram within 7 days of receiving your order.

How should I clean my tumbler?
Handwash only. Do not put your tumbler in the dishwasher or microwave.

Do you accept bulk or wholesale orders?
Yes! For wholesale, event, or bulk orders, send us a DM on Instagram to discuss your requirements.
